sinopsis:
Sonja (Rhona Mitra) seorang putri dari raja dari klan vampire, viktor (Bill Nighy). Sonja menguji kesabaran ayahnya dengan pergi melewati batas wilayah dan berperangdengan manusia serigala lapar. Sonja ternyata juga menyembunyikan hubungan terlarang dengan Lucien (Michael Sheen) salah satu ras lycan yang dibesarkan oleh klan vampire sebagai budak dan pelindung dari klan penghisap darah. Ketika berita ini sampai pada viktor, beberapa kelompok vampire elite membantu revolusi dari lycan terhadap penguasa mereka yaitu klan vampire sendiri dan terciptalah mitologi berdarah vampire dan lycan ini.
